One poster had the same results as I did. I had get the gold key first and did so by killing Naga on the island no in the water. When you cash it in a yellow exlamation mark will appear over another object - be sure to take it.Ģ. Quest is not bugged - make sure you take the quest - there will be a yellow question mark on the shore when arrive for the first time. There are some previous posts I would like to comment on.ġ. Was about to give up and went for some stranglekelp and by chance there was a Snapper behind the boat who I decided to kill out of frustration before I left and the silver key dropped. Went back to the sunken ship and killed 20 Snappers - no silver key. Swam out to the Island and killed 10 Naga on the island and the gold key dropped. Went back and took the Quest and began killing again still no keys dropped after about 5 Naga & 5 Snappers. I forgot to pickup the new quest which is given here and began killing Snappers and Naga - of course no keys. I arrived on the coast and turned in my quest.

Solo-able as long as you're within the level, or have bandages/pots.Ĭomment by ThottbotI just completed this. Be careful of the lvl 40 elite giant that roams the island from time to time, but this quest is beyond easy. The chest is at 30, 9 at the base of a tree.
#QUEST HUNTER SILVER KEYS FULL#
They're on the way to and full on the island.I killed 2 and got the other key. Now, the drysnap makruras are just in the water by the log (out by the shipwreck.you don't need any water breathing devices.they even have a bubbly fissure for air).I killed maybe 3 of them before the key dropped. I write this now in hopes that someone will know our plight, and some day avenge us against the watery fiends who were our ruin. We are now ashore and will soon strike out for the town of Nigel's Point, but much danger lies between us and sanctuary, and I fear Desolace will consume us. So I and the few surviving sailors abandoned my ship. I am glad the two are enemies and will not share them.Īfter the makrura attack, we could see that the Gallant would not survive another. I am sure the naga and makrura have the keys. my key was lost during the next naga attack, and my first mate's was lost a day later when drysnap makrura assailed us and pulled him into the deep. The first key, the silver key, I gave to my first mate, and I kept the gold.īut we were doomed to lose them. My chest is one of ingenious design, and requires two keys to unlock, one gold and one silver. Fearing the loss of my most precious belongings, I steered the Gallant to an island off the coast of Desolace, one with old, night elf ruins. We drove them back but we knew they'd return. We were sailing to Feathermoon Stronghold with a shipment of supplies when naga stormed the sides of the Gallant. And this is the log of the last few days of my doomed ship. Comment by Thottbot I am Ulysses Rackmore, captain of the Gallant.
